Donna-Marie Quarshie, Founder/Director of Girraffe Consulting GH Ltd), is an HR professional who was based in the UK and worked as an HR Business Partner with Amazon UK Ltd. Prior to entering the world of HR, she worked in banking with institutions such as HSBC and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London.
In September 2016, on her first visit in 12 years to Ghana, Donna realized that she could carve a niche for herself with the HR experience gained over the years. She then set about networking and researching the HR market.
She subsequently registered and set up her HR consultancy in February 2017 and secured an agreement with NUGs to provide career counselling and life skills training to the students of Ghana universities.
She is currently in discussions with the Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations to provide life skills training and support to the Youth Employment Program.
Donna also works with corporates and individuals to provide leadership and management training as well as HR professionals.
